Upon completion of his export project, he started working as a Project Manager at BCC Constructors in Toronto, Canada. Throughout his career in Canada, he consistently earned customer satisfaction by delivering superior quality projects in a timely manner. His final project at BCC Constructors was the Headquarters of Expeditors Canada, a Fortune 500 Company. Oytun founded Khan Developments Ltd. to bring his vision and experience into the rapidly growing residential development market in South & South - West Turkey.

A. Oytun Kan holds a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from Turkey's top engineering school Middle East Technical University in Ankara. Following his engineering studies, he earned his M.B.A. at the NIMBAS Graduate School of Management in Utrecht, The Netherlands-a Financial Times Top 100 Business School. He completed his in-company management project at Nordwest Handel AG in Hagen, Germany, creating the guidelines for Nordwest's entry to the Swedish hand tools market.
